1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the tambet platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the tambet website or services. Your continued use of tambet following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

tambet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tambet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at tambet.one/terms-conditions.

2. Eligibility

To register and use tambet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing tambet from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of tambet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from tambet or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or equivalent programme applicable in the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on tambet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tambet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your tambet account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. tambet may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tambet login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your login details with any third party. tambet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact tambet support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

tambet is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by tambet for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tambet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your tambet account dashboard and may vary by payment method. tambet reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a review period. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. tambet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from legitimate sources. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. tambet does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tambet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• tambet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• tambet may require identity verification before crediting any bonus to your account.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games available on tambet use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer streams from audited studios. tambet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently verified.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, tambet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. tambet will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on tambet and are displayed within each game interface. tambet reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

tambet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from tambet. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tambet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the tambet platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in tambet's systems.
• Accessing tambet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your tambet account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening , or harassing behaviour toward tambet staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, account restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tambet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of tambet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use tambet solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any tambet content without the prior written consent of tambet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tambet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tambet platform.

tambet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of tambet shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tambet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tambet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. tambet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

tambet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using tambet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. tambet complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by tambet

tambet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if tambet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, tambet may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your tambet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

tambet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or data privacy laws.

14. Amendments

tambet may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted at tambet.one/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, tambet will provide advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of tambet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using tambet and may close your account as described in Section 12.2.
