tambet accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC verification. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. Your ID must be valid (not expired), clearly photographed, and show your full name and date of birth. In some cases, tambet may also request a selfie with your ID or proof of address. All documents are handled securely in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

On the tambet login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter the email address linked to your account. Deposits & Payments

If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, contact tambet support with your transaction reference number and our team will investigate promptly.

tambet does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. We recommend checking with your payment provider if you're unsure. tambet always credits the full amount you send — we don't deduct anything on our end.
Withdrawals

Log in to your tambet account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your withdrawal account details match the name on your tambet account — tambet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Your KYC must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. tambet processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on our end — most are approved much faster. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer due to bank processing schedules. You'll receive a notification once your withdrawal has been processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount on tambet is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500.
