Under RA 10173, you are entitled to claim compensation for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained personal data held by tambet.
tambet is strictly an adults-only platform. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, you must be at least 21 years of age to register and use tambet. tambet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If tambet discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted (except where retention is required by law), and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
